The Carroll Apartments Sidewalk/Patio Project is entering its final phase.  Phase IV will include the following areas:  Front and back of Units 5 – 8, back area of Units 21 – 22, front and back of Units 23 – 24, and the back area of Units 19 – 20.  We will be installing new sidewalks, patios, and improved drainage in these areas.  The bid packages for this project will be ready in May, with the work estimated to begin in the month of June.  The project should be completed in July. 

We will begin taking down the remaining fencing in front of Units 5 – 8, and 23 – 24 later in the month of May.  For those residents who have personal items in these areas, please begin to make arrangements to clear out this area.  We will provide further information, and actual construction dates next month!
