Curb Appeal

Springtime is finally here! Now is the perfect time to take a good look at your unit from the curb. Does your unit look good? Are there toys littered about, bicycles dropped, or over-stuffed furniture and garbage heaped in your on your patio? Are your front and rear doors dirty?

You, the tenant, are responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the outside of your unit. Make it a point to teach the kids to pick up toys and bicycles and to store them neatly. Get rid of the over-stuffed furniture and garbage. It is an eyesore.

It is your job to keep the immediate lawn areas, storage areas, window wells, and cubbies in conditions that will prevent health or sanitation problems from occurring. If debris, papers, or trash blows into your yard from someplace else or if a dog does his business on your lawn, please clean it up.

The way your yard looks is a reflection of you, as well as the Carroll County Housing Authority. Please do your part in striving to achieve great curb appeal for Mest Manor, Carroll Apartments, and Maple Lane that we all can be proud of.
