Our designs for the new sidewalk and patio improvements at Carroll Apartments have been completed, and we are in the process of notifying contractors to bid on the project. Our goal is to have the bids returned to us by May 16th, and we will present the bids to our Board of Commissioners for approval on May 18th. We anticipate this project to begin on June 6th. Tenants who will be affected by the construction will be notified by May 23rd to give them ample time to remove any personal items or plants outside of their unit.
The project should be completed by July 15th. This is Phase III of our Carroll Apartments Sidewalk/Patio project. Phase IV, which is our final phase at Carroll Apartments will be completed next summer (2023.) Continue to watch for updates as we get closer to this summer’s Carroll Apartments project!
