Beginning in September, all Carroll County Housing Authority tenants are cordially invited to join in on a monthly potluck. It will be such a sensation, an afternoon of conversation, a real snazzy celebration! In addition, Diana Gardner (Mest Manor resident) has generously volunteered to make a cake to celebrate our tenant birthdays each month. Our first potluck will be held as follows:
