Spring has finally Sprung! Thus, the Carroll County Housing Authority is sponsoring a Spring Clean-up during the week of April 22 – April 26, 2019. Our staff will pick up, and dispose of any our your unused, or broken household items (furniture, TVs, electrical items, tires, etc.) at no charge to the tenant. Pease contact the housing authority office at 815-273-7081 to schedule a date/time to have your items picked up during the above stated week.
