Spring has finally Sprung! Thus, the Carroll County Housing Authority is sponsoring a Spring Clean-up Week on April 23rd through April 27th, 2018. Our staff will pick up, and dispose any of your unused, or broken household items (furniture, TVs, electrical items, tires, etc.) at no charge to the tenant.
